Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Apidote tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and unwashed.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
